Differences in HR+ and HR- populations have been well established in the literature. As expected, the HR+ tumors have lower levels of proliferation and p53 signaling indicating a clinically less aggressive phenotype. Hormone receptor signaling signatures are elevated in the HR+ population, including ER signaling, ESR1 expression, PGR expression, and FOXA1 expression.

If there are significant adjusted p-values (< 0.05), then box plots of the corresponding signatures are shown below.  If no significant adjusted p-values are found, then signature box plots corresponding to significant unadjusted p-values (< 0.05) are displayed.  This is denoted by the subtitle for each plot.
